Le Lodge Park Hotel’s restaurant is a carnivores’ dream come true. Prime cuts of beef from top breeders dominate the menu and are accompanied by extraordinary sauces, Arbois wine jus, rare Madagascar peppercorn sauce, and red onion chutney to name a few.
