Tree Illumination

The lighting of the Megève fir tree is the opening event of the winter season in Megève. Go and see the huge Christmas tree positioned in the heart of the village, it is a tradition that the Haut-Savoyards would not miss for anything in the world.

An unmissable event for the launch of the winter season, the long-awaited “Tree Illumination” is celebrated every year on the Historic Village Square at 19:30. Impatient or curious, enjoy an overview without further ado:
