Room rates at the Lodge Park vary according to the season and the selected room category.During the winter season, prices range from €490 to €3,280 per night.

The Lodge Park is an ideal venue for seminars and incentives in Megève. The hotel features a meeting room accommodating up to 20 people, perfect for informal gatherings in an inspiring and elegant setting.

WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

When booking your stay at the Lodge Park, we will require the following details: first and last name, postal address, email address, mobile phone number, as well as the names of all guests staying at the hotel. A valid credit card is also required to guarantee the reservation or to pay a deposit, where applicable.

DO YOU GUARANTEE THE BEST AVAILABLE RATE? HOW CAN I BENEFIT FROM IT?

By booking directly through our call center at +33 4 50 93 09 77 or via the hotel’s official website, you are guaranteed the best available rate. You may save up to €50 per night compared to online booking platforms and benefit from exclusive offers.

IS A CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE OR DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Depending on the selected rate, the Lodge Park requires a deposit of 50% or 100% of the total stay. Deposits can be paid by credit card (3D Secure payment), cheque, or bank transfer.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION POLICIES?

For any cancellation made more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount of the deposit will be retained.
In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival, the total cost of the stay will be charged if only 50% of the deposit has been paid.

HOW MUCH IS THE TOURIST TAX?

The tourist tax in Megève is €2.50 per day, per adult (guests aged 18 and over).

CAN AN EXTRA BED BE ADDED TO THE ROOM?

Yes, all rooms at the Lodge Park are equipped with a bathtub.

IS THE LODGE PARK A KIDS-FRIENDLY HOTEL?

While children are welcome, the Lodge Park is not particularly recommended for families due to its lively atmosphere, especially around the bar during aperitif hours. For a more family-oriented stay, we recommend Hôtel Mont-Blanc or Les Fermes de Marie

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Yes, pets are welcome at the Lodge Park. A dedicated pet welcome is offered at a rate of €30 per day, including a mat and a bowl (food not included).

A breakfast package is available and can be included in your stay. Breakfast is served as a buffet or can be delivered directly to your room.

The Lodge Park offers its own underground parking at a rate of €35 per day.

Take the A6 motorway towards Bourg-en-Bresse, then the A40 towards Geneva Chamonix Mont-Blanc. Exit at Sallanches and follow the signs for Megève Albertville.

From Lyon (180 km)

Take the Autoroute Blanche towards Chamonix Mont-Blanc, exit at Sallanches, then follow the signs for Megève Albertville.

From Italy

Travel through the Mont-Blanc Tunnel towards Chamonix Mont-Blanc, then take the Autoroute Blanche and exit at Le Fayet, direction Combloux Megève.

Yes, the ski slopes are located just 300 metres from the hotel, providing quick and easy access for ski enthusiasts.

ARE YOUR ROOMS ACCESSIBLE FOR GUESTS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?

Our rooms are not officially PMR certified. However, the Lodge Park provides specific equipment to assist guests with disabilities, including a portable induction loop, wheelchair, shower chair, adapted telephone for visually impaired guests, and visual and vibrating alarm clocks. Our staff is also trained to welcome and assist guests with disabilities to ensure a comfortable stay.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

At the Lodge Park, check-in is available from 4:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, we invite you to relax in our lounges, where you can unwind comfortably after your journey.Check-out must be completed by 12:00 pm (noon). In the event of a late departure without prior approval, an additional night may be charged.

IS A LATE CHECK-OUT POSSIBLE?

Yes, late check-out may be arranged subject to room availability. We recommend requesting this service directly from the reception team during your stay.
