WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO MAKE THE RESERVATION?

When making your reservation at the Lodge Park, you will be asked for the following information:

- Name and surname

- Postal address

- Email

- Mobile phone number

- Name and surname of other participants in the trip

In addition, we will ask you for a credit card to guarantee the reservation or to pay the deposit if applicable.

DO YOU GUARANTEE THE BEST AVAILABLE RATE? HOW TO GET IT?

By calling our call centre on +33 4 50 93 09 77 or via the hotel's official website you can be sure to get the best rate available. The difference in price compared to other online sales sites can be up to 50€. Moreover, on our official website you will benefit from exclusive offers.

DO I HAVE TO GIVE A CARD AS A GUARANTEE OR PAY A DEPOSIT?

At Lodge Park, depending on the price, we ask for a deposit of 50% or 100% of the total amount of the stay. You can pay the deposit by credit card (3D secure payment), cheque or bank transfer.

DO YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS?

For cancellations made more than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, we will keep the totality of the deposit paid. Finally, if the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, you will have to pay the total amount of the stay if you have paid a 50% deposit.

HOW MUCH IS THE TOURIST TAX?

The tourist tax in Megève is 2.5€ per day and per adult (person over 18 years old)

CAN AN EXTRA BED BE ADDED TO THE ROOM?

We can add an extra bed in the adapted rooms, at a cost of 70€ per day.

DO THE ROOMS HAVE A TERRACE OR BALCONY?

Most of our rooms have a bacon or a terrace. When you make your reservation, please tell our reservation agent what you want.

ARE THERE BATHS IN EACH ROOM?

All rooms at the Lodge Park have a bath.

IS THE LODGE PARK A KID FRIENDLY HOTEL? ARE CHILDREN ACCEPTED?

We do not recommend the Lodge Park for families. The bar has a lively atmosphere, especially during the aperitif. The Mont Blanc hotel and the Fermes de Marie are more suitable.

DO YOU ACCEPT PETS?

At Lodge Park, pets are welcome! There is a pet-friendly facility at a cost of €30 per day, excluding food, and including a mat and bowl.

DO YOU OFFER BREAKFAST PACKAGES?

We offer a breakfast package. Breakfast is served at the buffet or in your room.

DO YOU OFFER PARKING? IS THERE A CHARGE?

The Lodge Park has its own underground car park at a cost of €25 per day.

HOW TO GET TO THE LODGE PARK?

From Geneva (70 km): take the Autoroute Blanche towards Chamonix Mont-Blanc, exit at Sallanches, direction Megève/Albertville, you are 12 km from Megève.

From Paris (600 km): take the A6 motorway to Bourg en Bresse, then the A40, direction Geneva Chamonix Mont-Blanc, exit at Sallanches, direction Megève/Albertville, you are 12 km from Megève.

From Lyon (180 km): take the Autoroute Blanche towards Chamonix Mont-Blanc, exit at Sallanches, direction Megève/Albertville, you are 12 km from Megève.

From Italy, take the Mont-Blanc tunnel towards Chamonix Mont-Blanc, take the Route Blanche, exit at Le Fayet, direction Combloux/Megève.

HOW FAR IS THE CENTRE OF MEGÈVE FROM THE HOTEL?

The Lodge Park is located in the centre of Megève, in the pedestrian area of the village.

ARE THE SKI SLOPES CLOSE TO THE HOTEL?

The ski slopes are only 300 metres from the hotel.

DO YOU OFFER ROMANTIC OFFERS OR WELCOMES?

Whether it's for a simple romantic evening or for a more memorable event, our concierges are at your disposal at +33 4 50 91 49 73 to organise this tailor-made surprise.

ARE OUR ROOMS CERTIFIED PMR?

Our rooms are not PRM-certified. However, at Lodge Park, we do have equipment such as a portable magnetic loop, a wheelchair, a shower chair, a telephone adapted for the visually impaired, luminous and vibrating alarm clocks... to facilitate access to our rooms for people with disabilities. What's more, our staff are trained to welcome PRM and disabled guests.

WHAT ARE THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES?

On arrival at Les Fermes de Marie you can check in from 4pm.

For all arrivals before 4pm, we offer you to relax in our lounges. After your journey you will appreciate to find yourself comfortably installed in a restful setting.

On departure you must check out by 12 noon at the latest. If this time is not respected, we will be obliged to charge you for an extra night.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO A LATE CHECK-OUT?

Les Fermes de Marie offers its guests the possibility of a late check out, depending on the availability of the room. During your stay, do not hesitate to ask our reception for this.

IS THE RECEPTION OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY?

To guarantee an exceptional stay, the Fermes de Marie reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

DO YOU HAVE 24-HOUR ROOM SERVICE?

In response to our guests' expectations, les Fermes de Marie's room service is available 24 hours a day. Our reception is at your disposal for any request.

DO YOU HAVE A CHILDREN'S CLUB?

In Megève, Les Fermes de Marie welcomes your children during your stay in the mountains. At the Kids Club of the hotel, and under the supervision of the parents, meet our Kid Concierge at the Children's Hamlet every day from 4pm.

Please note that the children's club at Les Fermes de Marie is not open on Sundays during the school holidays, and on Fridays and Saturdays outside the holiday period and autumn weekends.

DO YOU OFFER A BABYSITTING SERVICE?

A babysitter can be booked on request from 15€ per hour.

DO YOU HAVE A LAUNDRY SERVICE?

The Fermes de Marie hotel offers a laundry service on request and for a fee.

WHAT ARE THE BREAKFAST TIMES?

Our gourmet mountain breakfast is served daily in the Traditional Restaurant from 7:30 to 10:30.

DO YOU SERVE BREAKFAST IN YOUR ROOM?

On request, breakfast can be served directly to your room from 8am to 11am at no extra charge.

HOW MANY RESTAURANTS DO YOU HAVE? WHAT ARE THE SPECIALITIES OF THESE RESTAURANTS?

Les Fermes de Marie in Megève has two restaurants:

- The Traditional Restaurant which offers authentic market cuisine.

- The Alpin Restaurant offers typical Savoyard cuisine.

In winter, and on reservation, discover our exceptional table: La Salle à Manger. After a sporty day on the slopes or a relaxing one in our Pure Altitude Spa, enjoy an all-truffle dinner in Megève.

In summer and autumn, let yourself be charmed by our mountain pasture. For lunch or dinner and by reservation, enjoy an exceptional moment in a typical Savoyard mountain pasture.

WHAT ARE THE RESTAURANT OPENING HOURS?

Our restaurants in Megève are open to Fermes de Marie customers and to outside customers by reservation:  

- The Traditional Restaurant welcomes you every day for lunch and dinner.

- The Alpine Restaurant is only open during the winter season, every day for dinner, and offers traditional mountain cuisine and fondue specialities.

- La Salle à Manger is our exceptional table offering you all winter long, upon reservation, a dinner entirely based on truffles.

In summer and autumn, Les Fermes de Marie also offers its customers the opportunity to discover and dine in a high mountain pasture. This Savoyard table is available every Wednesday lunch and Friday evening during the summer, and Saturday lunch during the autumn weekends.

DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?

Exceptional mountain restaurants in the village of Megève, we advise you to make your reservation in advance to guarantee your table.

DO YOU OFFER CHILDREN'S MENUS?

Les Fermes de Marie is a member of "The Little Guest Collection" and offers its youngest guests a children's menu adapted to their needs. Our children's menu is available all year round in the Traditional Restaurant and in room service. Our dedicated Kids Club, the Hameau des Enfants, also offers a special menu as well as a table d'hôte where you can leave your children with them while you dine.

DO YOU HAVE HIGH CHAIRS?

In our restaurants in Megève, high chairs are available for our youngest guests.

DO YOU OFFER VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN MENUS?

The Traditional Restaurant offers vegetarian and vegan dishes to suit all dietary habits.

DO YOU HAVE A TERRACE WHERE WE CAN EAT?

In Megève, Les Fermes de Marie offers a terrace in the middle of the gardens where you can have lunch or dinner depending on the weather.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE BAR?

The Fermes de Marie bar in Megève is open every day from 10am to midnight.

WHAT TIME DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE SPA?

The wellness area is open from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm.

The treatment area is open from 9:30am to 12:30pm and from 3pm to 8pm.

DO YOU HAVE A JACUZZI? SAUNA? HAMMAM ?

The wellness area of the Lodge park has the following facilities: indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, sensory shower, light therapy, fitness room.

IS ACCESS TO THE SPA AND SWIMMING POOL RESERVED FOR HOTEL GUESTS?

All facilities in the wellness area are reserved for hotel guests and guests with a spa day

Guests from outside the hotel can book treatments at the Lodge Park spa. During certain periods the hotel offers a day spa package including lunch, treatments and access to the wellness area.

IS IT COMPULSORY TO BOOK IN ADVANCE FOR MASSAGES?

DO YOU HAVE A HAIRDRESSER IN THE HOTEL?

We do not have a hairdressing salon in the hotel. However, our hotel Les Fermes de Marie, located only 1 km away, has a Leonor Greyl hair salon. Our concierge service can also book you an appointment in a hair salon located just opposite the hotel.

The Lodge Park has 49 rooms and suites.

The Lodge Park is open during the summer and winter seasons. If you wish to come to Megève in autumn our hotel Les Fermes de Marie is open every weekend and during the All Saints' Day holidays.

DO YOU ORGANISE WEDDINGS?

In summer especially, the Lodge Park welcomes you to organise the wedding of your dreams in Megève, in the centre of the village.

DO YOU ORGANISE SEMINARS? / DO YOU HAVE SEMINAR ROOMS?

The Lodge Park is ideal for organising your seminar or incentive in Megève. The hotel has a room that allows you to organise informal meetings for up to 20 people.

IS THE HOTEL OPEN IN SUMMER?

In summer the Lodge Park is open during the school holidays. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, which is ideal during the summer months.

DO YOU HAVE CHALETS FOR RENT?

In Megève we have two 5 bedroom chalets for rent with hotel facilities. One is located in Les Fermes de Marie, close to the village.
