Spa Pure Altitude FAQ - Practical Information
Wellness & Pool Area 7 days a week: from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM
Pure Altitude Spa: daily from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Access to the pool is permitted for children under 16 only under the direct supervision of a responsible adult and during specific hours. Children may not be in the Wellness Area alone under any circumstances.
Children's pool access hours are set from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Outside these hours, the pool is reserved exclusively for adults. Even in the presence of a lifeguard, the supervision of children remains the sole responsibility of parents or the accompanying adult. We remind you that our Wellness Area is a place of well-being and relaxation, not a recreational aquatic area.
To preserve the tranquility and peaceful atmosphere of the premises, we invite parents to ensure the calm and serenity of all guests.
