Indulge in melt-in-your-mouth or slow-cooked meats, with rare selections available to order from our menu or directly from our butcher’s display.
Tenderness, juiciness, and marbling
Grilled meats, smoked with different types of wood, marinated or cooked at low temperature for more than 70 hours, before being put in the Argentine oven, in this refined place decorated with wood and warm hangings, enhanced with trophies and skins, we detail, as if we would leaf through a travel notebook, we detail, as one would leaf through a travel notebook, the butcher's menu and stall which present only exceptional meats.
