Pure Altitude Spa FAQ - Practical Information

What are the opening hours for the Lodge Park Spa?

Our Wellness Area is open daily for hotel guests. We recommend booking your spa treatments in advance.
Wellness area & pool 7 days a week : from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm
Pure Altitude Spa : daily from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Is access to the Wellness Area included for hotel guests?

Yes. Guests staying at the hotel enjoy access to the Wellness Area during current opening hours. The pool is accessible to adults during all opening hours.

Children under 16 may access it only between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

From 5:00 PM onwards, the pool is exclusively reserved for adults.

The sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, ice cave, and gym are reserved for guests aged 16 and over.

Can children staying at the hotel access the Wellness Area?

Yes. Children under 16 may access the pool only between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, provided they are accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

From 5:00 PM onwards, pool access is exclusively reserved for adults. Children under 16 are not permitted to access the sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, ice cave, or the gym. Even when a lifeguard is present, the supervision of children remains the sole responsibility of the parents or the accompanying adult.

To preserve the calm and relaxing atmosphere of the Wellness Area, we ask everyone to respect the tranquility of the space.

What does the Pure Altitude Spa consist of?

The Pure Altitude Spa features 11 treatment rooms: 3 multipurpose rooms, 1 duo room, 1 flotation bed room, 1 cryotherapy room, 1 hyperbaric chamber room, 1 neuro-regulation room, 1 photobiomodulation room, 1 multipurpose office, and 2 relaxation areas equipped with herbal tea stations.

Do you have a fitness room?

Yes, the Lodge Park hotel has a gym equipped with Technogym cardio and strength training machines.
It features three areas: a cardio-training area, a strength training area, and a Yoga/Pilates area, with 1 standard bike, 1 racing bike, 2 elliptical trainers, treadmills, a rowing machine, a punching bag, and a Klein ball.

Do you have specific treatments for pregnant women?

Yes, we offer a special treatment for expectant mothers, the Pure Mama treatment, specifically designed for pregnancy. We do not recommend treatments for pregnant women during the first trimester. Please feel free to consult with our therapists before booking your treatment.

Do you offer treatments for couples?

Yes, a double cabin allows you to share a spa experience with a partner. Remember to request the DUO cabin for your next booking.

Which brand is used for your treatment rituals?

The Lodge Park Spa uses Pure Altitude, the natural cosmetics brand created by our House in Megève. Inspired by mountain plants—edelweiss, arnica, gentian, and lemon balm—Pure Altitude harnesses the power of alpine botanicals to soothe, repair, and protect the skin against the harsh effects of high altitude. Now a leading spa brand in the Alps, it embodies a high-end positioning and ultra-technical treatments perfectly suited to our clients' expectations.

Which treatments are particularly recommended after a day of skiing?

Before hitting the slopes, we offer EMS training by EM Body, a deep muscle electrostimulation session using magnetic waves. This effortless workout activates all muscle groups, improves tone, and effectively prepares the body for exertion while limiting the risk of muscle soreness.

After skiing, the Skier's Secret treatment is ideal for recovery: a sports massage combining invigorating maneuvers, stretches, and targeted pressure to stimulate circulation and detoxify muscles. The session can be complemented by pressotherapy, which promotes drainage and relieves heavy legs for optimal recovery.

Are drinks or herbal teas available at the Spa?

Yes, an herbal tea and detox water bar is available in the relaxation area and is complimentary after your treatment.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, our Pure Altitude gift sets and gift vouchers are available upon request.

How do I book a treatment and what are the conditions?

Booking is required for non-resident guests.
‍Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment.
In the event of late arrival or no-show, the session will be charged in full.
Confirmation is required via payment or credit card imprint.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment to fully enjoy the experience.

Spa Etiquette & Tips

Phones must be switched off or set to silent mode.
Photos and videos are prohibited.
Swimwear is mandatory in all areas.
Please shower before entering the water.
This is a non-smoking area, including on the terraces.
Sun loungers must be vacated after 20 minutes of inactivity.
