In winter, for dinner, the Lodge Park offers you a journey of flavors through the refined cuisine of the Beef Lodge, a steak house offering a selection of meats from the best farms. We enjoy ultra-tender or candied meats without moderation, a rare selection to choose from the menu or on our butcher's stall.
Tenderness, juiciness and marbling
Grilled meats, smoked with different types of wood, marinated or cooked at low temperature for more than 70 hours, before being put in the Argentine oven, in this refined place decorated with wood and warm hangings, enhanced with trophies and skins, we detail, as if we would leaf through a travel notebook, we detail, as one would leaf through a travel notebook, the butcher's menu and stall which present only exceptional meats.

We absolutely taste, even without hunger, the beef picanha, served with a subtle béarnaise. Beef Tomahawk, marinated and flambéed with Jack Daniel's Honey, T-Bone, perfect with a slightly vinegared sauce, L-Bone and of course prime rib... Do you prefer Mac and Cheese or truffle purée?
